I set this camera out back in August of last year during my bear hunt. I had been seeing some real good bucks in the area, and I knew there was a bear around. I just picked up the camera last week and it had 172 pics on it. David

Nice pics david- bruiser body on that buck- bull is a heavyweight as well...

Wow you left it out for a year and nobody found it! It is to bad you didn't have a solar charger or something on those batteries, it would be interesting to see how many good pictures you could get in a year.

 

It is hard to say what would have caused that in the last picture, I doubt that it was claw marks even though it looks like that. I have seen deer rub against trees and get there hair standing up like that

Everytime I would put out a solar panel on the camera, a squirrel would chew through the wires. This area is hard to get to and doesn't see many hunters. I had three cameras up at one time in here and only caught one guy on a cam. David
