1cup of Jose Cuervo Especial

2cups extra strong coffee

Soaked tenderloin for 2hours

Dry rubbed with alittle cumin and black pepper

Smoked over mesquite charcoal for 2hours...

 

Going to chill, slice thin and served cold with mashed pots, green beans and french bread for tonight diner...

How was it? What temperature do you keep the smoker at?

Came out excellent tasting but a little dry for being med-rare, should have only smoked for 1.5hours... temp was around 120'ish, alittle higher then really needed...
