Carpet. Sean was immediately available and did it in 3 days. Price was 2450$ and did a great job. The foam decking I was quoted 6500 to 7500 no brainer for me.

No, I didn't, but I did talk to several installers in AZ. The foam is triple the price and it is only put on the top of the deck and floor. So for bass boats with alot of storage compartments they are built with carpet folding around each edge and underside making a tight fit. When it is removed and not replaced there is large gaps in between them.

Hey guys I told you I would elaborate on the job so here it is. Sean was a great guy that works on all things boat except the engine, Very very good work and better than the factory, Ive had several boats done and it was not good by others. I took it in on Saturday and picked it up on the following Wednesday unbelievable, He is a fishing guide for AZ Fishing Guides, If he is half as good at that I would like to go with him!!! I can give his number to anybody if you need either of his skills.

Has anybody had their boat recarpeted or the new foam decking done and had good results??

Average size was better than usual. 14 - 16 " with a few 18" and supper frisky jumping out of the water and going all over the place. Lots of fun. A group of 3 guys in a boat showed me pictures of a couple of 5- 8 pound browns they caught the day before and the day we were there. They were casting the bank line but unsure with what?

Just left from up there today. Fished Reservation and Hawley lakes. Very good fishing trolling almost anything Rapalas, spinners, crank baits, etc. They are in schools and you have to find them. In the morning they were shallow 8/10 feet and later out deeper offshore but still shallow in the water column. Good luck
