We would ride North East from the parking area. More east then north. Very good Coues hunting back in there. Especially in early bow season . That area has several different places that have water seeping out of the creek beds . And the deer use the heck out of them. That's also where you will find some wild camp sights, that kinda scream no good. We been told to turn around before . By two guys on Quads with big rifles. Told us that there was nothing for us up ahead and to turn around. We did...

Up by Rodger Trough. Above Queen Valley. If You park in the parking lot at the very top. And hike or Horse ride North East from the parking lot. There are several abandoned and questionable campsites back in there. One area for sure looks like a old meth lab or something similar. All the plants and trees are dead for about 60 feet or so in diameter. And there is a old mine shaft full of plastic jugs and containers. Most have no labels on them. . Crazy shoot goes on everywhere and half the timeYou or I don't know shoot.

My Dad . Pulled in there where they both were killed. To take a leak . Just a few hours or so before they were killed. He got up the next morning and turned the TV on, to see that the two kids were murdered. Strange how things happen. Very unfortunate for the people and families that lost loved ones.
