Ah, the old MT registration trick.  It sure saves a lot of money for high value vehicles.

    GLWS,

    🤣

This truck belongs to the owner of the company I work for. He has a place in Montana so he registers everything up there. Apparently you don’t have to pay sales tax in Az if you register in MT. Or something like that. One year he bought a truck up there and flew me up to drive it back to Az for him. I never drove in the snow before that trip. He’s lucky his truck made it back to Az with only a chip in the windshield (which happened about 30 mins from his house).

Did you end up buying a place up there before?  or are you looking to buy up there once your place sells?

My wife keeps trying to talk me into moving up there. We could make some good money on our house right now, but everything is way over priced in Payson in my opinion. (well it is everywhere really!)

I struggle to think about paying the prices up there now, just to be stuck in something that will never be worth that much again. We have 2 little boys too and I do worry about the education up there. There aren't too many schools to choose from.  Also it seems to me like there are 2 classes up there the rich, and the dirt poor/drug addicts. Anyone that lives up there please correct me if I am wrong on this!

My wife and I were driving through there last weekend and she made me go look at a place that she wanted to see. It wasn't a very nice place and I believe she told me it sold for just under $500K.

Where I’m at (dealership) diesels in decent condition are going for 65+. I looked at a used 2020 Denali duramax with 20k and they were asking 98,0000. That’s just one example. Prices are high and they’re selling. I was waiting to buy a 3/4 ton diesel til biden was in office for awhile. I screwed myself! Shoulda bought in 2020.

The owner of the company I work for is selling his right now. I don't think they listed it anywhere yet but I heard he was going to try to get 80k for it. Its a 2020 denali Duramax with 26k miles I believe. If you are interested I can get you more info and pictures.
