Looking for an HVAC tech to do work around the valley. My friend of 20 years is retiring AND I am looking for an EXPERIENCED tech for residential rental properties.

I have someone I am starting to use on rentals, they are only servicing the east valley up to Tempe.  He owns his own company, let me know and I can pass info along.

I had a similar issue a while back...and it ended up being a clogged drain line that tripped the float switch. Cleared it out and everything fired right back up.
