STOMP442 Report post Posted February 5 Until the last couple years the two number model represented a short action and the three digit number represented a long action. They recently changed to where everything is a 110 similar to the way they had it back in the 90s and earlier. Savage makes it very difficult to find aftermarket parts and is one of the reasons there is not a whole lot out there. You really need to do your research and figure out exactly what you have before you get started looking for parts otherwise you are just asking for trouble.
