Recommended Posts

Here is a smoke phase hen turkey, i just finished up for a client, taken here in arizoan on the fall hunt, thought yawl might like to see this rare color phase, it has some awsome colors of blue/grey, the pictures dont do it justice.

That is a beautiful bird, but I thought only bearded turkeys could be taken in Az?

Agree on the beautiful bird.

Spring is bearded, but fall turkey is "any turkey."

Sorry, my bad. I went and looked up the regs-never hunted fall birds-saw any turkey /fall. I would be thrilled to even see one of those color-phase birds.

Excellent job on the taxidermy too Tommy. Do you have a shop in Taylor?

Sweet!

I saw one of those up by Williams  It was so cool I got out my camera! And then we saw two more in the same groop! And then there were some all tan phase ones and then a total black one! But it was the white one that poped out that made me put the camera away and drive off shaking my head!
