Hoss50 Report post Posted 8 hours ago I was in 23s with my son. We went up Sunday afternoon. It started raining Sunday night and didn't really quit til Monday night (over 2 inches in that time). We hunted Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday. It was tough. Tuesday nothing was moving, Wednesday was marginally better, but still windy. Thursday was calm, but we couldn't get on anything. He had the deer and elk tag. We saw everything but. 1 black bear 3 coyotes 18 doe 1 6x6 bull elk 12-15 miles hiked. Very frustrating to be honest. Had the rain not come, I am confident we probably would have gotten a deer, and maybe a cow. We walked out empty. My younger son and I are headed up Thursday night for his hunt in the same area for deer along with 2 others. Harley
