You are lucky he didn't destroy your camera. I just had a young bear destroy mine about a week ago. It seems the younger the bear the more curious they are. I have seen bigger bears just walk by mine and the younger ones love to mess with them and it always happens within the first 4 days of putting the camera out. Hope he don't get yours. :huh:

I always wipe my cams down with no-scent wipes before I leave. I figure it elminates as much scent and salt from handling as possible and helps keep bears from investigating. So far so good, but of course there is no guarrantee!
