He is looking for a used Vortex Razor 65 or 85 spotter, preferably the gen 2 but open to gen 1. Must be local in greater Phoenix area.

Sportsman's has the gen 1 85 for $750 pretty regularly.  Most used I've seen for sale here are priced higher

Is he looking for straight or angled? I have a Gen 2 Razor UHD 27-60 x 85 straight that I might be willing to part with.

The Sportsman's deal is pretty decent for new glass.  I have this exact model (angled eyepiece), and would be willing to part with it for a more than fair price, but not located in greater Phx.  If you don't find something get in touch.
