My buddy's father in law drew unit 45 A.B.C pioneer tag(one horned ram)

He's having a tough time. Any info would be appreciated.

there are one horned rams all over the place. 
 

I saw 8 in 3 days two years ago and 3 of them were in one group.

I saw the report said he didn't kill. Also only hunted 7 days on a two month hunt so doesn't seem like there was much effort.

he’s old enough, maybe that’s all he could do in his condition.

Correct. I'd imagine average guy applying for those hunts is 75+
