metau Report post Posted 5 hours ago I have a Remington 700 Ultimate I would let go. It has a radial brake installed by Todd Smith @ SouthernExpress in Mesa, as well as the Arrowhead breech plug conversion, which uses large magnum rifle primers for ignition. Best grouping I have had on a fouled barrel was 2.5" at 300 yards using BH209 and 320gr Fury bullets (with 10-ish minutes between shots to not warm it up). The drop is significant compared to a rifle, but I have taken a few eastern whitetails with it at 400+ yards (power lines and harvested fields). Have plenty of primer modules, bullets, and relevant accessories I can throw in with it too. Jerry

He does some of the most excellent work. Built my Arrowhead BP rifle that got my Mule buck at 335 yards, right on the money.
