updated Venison Birria.....it's what's for dinner

Yeah that is a chiltepin grinder and the Red sauce it's straight chiltepin salsa

Did you shred the venison? just curious. Looks possibly shredded and looks delicious.

Birria is something that once you touch with a fork it just falls apart on its own.

Yeah you cook it in stock for 2-3 or over night in low heat to break down all the tissues. It's delicious
