AZGFD questionnaire

Did anybody receive a questionnaire from Game and Fish on small game hunting? Any insight on where the answers supplied will lead to? I hope it's not just a way for them to make more money by adding a new tag fee for small game. What do you guys think?

Just a survey to help put together information that can be helpful in their data base. Everything is about numbers with them. They have done this for as long as I can remember.
