HICAP40 Report post Posted June 17, 2014 A very cool weekend to say the least, woke up saturday am to head out and the temp gauge on the truck said 27 degrees, I thought hmmmm must be broken. Got back to the house and the Dobermanns water bowls were frozen over. The gauge was right! After 4 years of taking pics of elk, andI have yet to see a fawn Elk, and then BAM ! It hits me like a ton of bricks. We will start off with the babies, then the ladies then Im not to sure if these are Gay elk or ??????????????. Ending up with the normal bulls, ( I think) Here we go......... ENJOY.............. I DID Johnny The BABY`S (a shitload of em`) The Yearlings The MAMAS (some serious close ups) Gay ELK ? Seems to be alot more non typicals than in previous years, Got a picture of one bull with rope around his antlers and neck. Just a reminder to pack out your trash !!!! enjoy!
