duck stamp increase

Anyone notice the federal duck stamp went up to 25$ now? I'm all for helping fund wetlands but it was kind of surprising. Congress passed a bill ro approve it?

I'm mostly for it, it's been 24 years since there was an increase. It would have been nice if they did something to mandate the birders to contribute as well though.

hahaha not protesting! just didn't really hear much about it for the past 12 months even thought its been out there and approved. It's kind of a wash anyways since we don't have the State stamp anymore
