Dehydrator for jerky

Using a basic unit now. Want a bigger one to do summer sausage and snack sticks (needs to exceed 160 degrees). I’ve looked online and most all dehydrators from $40-$1000 struggle to reach 160 degrees based on reviews. Anyone have an input for a dehydrator that can be used to make jerky, snack sticks and summer sausage?
