My first was born when I was 36 so I already had plenty of patience by then and the kids were out camping by the time they were old enough to walk. Whether we were hunting or fishing when they got bored or would rather do something else I let it go. I always felt it was a win/win just to be out with them. It's tuff for them to stay focused and I could never see the reasoning in pushing it on them. It was never about the kill, as well it should be unless they want it to be but our own ego's sometimes take over and the kids get hyped up on trying to "get it done" and not be a failure. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
