Length of pull is 13.5" on McMillan and 13.75" on Boyds, and yes, it is cut for magazine feed on both stocks.

It actually works really good. I was thinking snake oil at first but thought I would give it a shot. I had a rifle that I couldn't get to shoot better than 1moa. With the tuner brake I shrunk the same load in half. I was pretty impressed.
