In my experience, if no USDA personnel are present, Border Patrol agents will still inspect capes. The degree of scrutiny varies considerably! As an aside, this year our deer had very few ticks.

140 grain Accubonds in Nosler's Trophy grade ammo has been excellent. I almost never shoot factory ammo, but after trying that stuff I went out and bought four more boxes.
