It's not a rough road, just very loose moving rocks on a narrow road with a 500 foot cliff inches from the edge of your tire. Not my favorite.

That is funny. I remember an article a while back describing pike feeding frenzy every time they stocked there.

I got stuck on the Mesa last year during OTC archery. Took two hours to get my truck out. That clay is no joke

I've always tried and failed to land a pike. I'm staying in happy jack for the summer, so hopefully being this close I'll have more time to get it done.
