What's for dinner tonight?

Doing  a pork shoulder in the crock pot for some pulled pork . The shoulder  is from the pig I shot in California  . Doing  the Dr pepper  thing  . Seasoned it good last night  and put it in the fridge.  7 or 8 hours and we will  see.

Love Tri Tip, looks like a great cook!  Have two in the freezer ready to go, waiting for the weather to get a bit nicer.  It's snowing right now with an inch or so on the ground.

Big ole pot of collards with black-eyed peas, purano beans, smoked Turkey wings and ham hocks. Collards were planted last year then were left in to go to seed. They are still producing leaves but smaller and in bouquets.
