There was no issue with 48 hours before the hunt. The hunt was going. He may have had a different hunt starting later that month but the law doesnt say 48 hours before YOUR hunt. It says 48 hours before ANY hunt. He knew that.

Guess I shouldn't have made fun of flatlander for reading comprehension. That makes more sense. I thought he was flying in early August but if he was flying within 48 hours of his hunt that just solidifies what he was doing.

My boys are doing fine. They have been raised to derive their self worth from their accomplishments and know better than to fall into the trap of tearing others down to extract personal validation.

We're not talking about self worth. We're talking about raising law abiding citizens. Not ones that learned from their dad they can ignore a law if they don't like it. Holding someone accountable for breaking the law is far from tearing others down.

The essence of the conversation is an outfitter blatantly broke the law and got caught. Literally as clear cut as it gets. Now you can bring in random emotional based arguments to try and justify it because you have a weird hard on for Koury but the facts remain.

Everyone can see what’s happening here. Seems you are the one blinded by your emotions for another man and you projecting that to others further demonstrates the point.

You might need a law school refresh if you can’t see the blatant bias’ in your argument.

Are we on the same planet here? There is no emotion involved in anyone's argument but yours. He broke the law, got caught, was convicted and then was on the azgfd agenda to lose his license for like four months straight and then it disappeared. You were the first one in this thread to claim what happened to him is BS and it's just government overreach. Children could understand this. No need for anyone to be law school educated to understand how the law works. I didn't start this thread and you have made just as much of an argument for what he did being ok as I have saying it isn't ok (along with 99% of everyone else on this thread)

You seem to feel threatened by his accomplishments. Nobody hates a poacher more than a less successful poacher.
