A friend shot a bull with one. Just above midway point (vertical) 2" behind the shoulder(horizontal) complete pass through.   Maybe 10 drops of blood and nothing the last few hundred yards. My only theory is with sevr's streamline design and where the shot placement was the slice didn't quite open up like a more traditional 3 or 4 blade would.  The cavity was full of blood

Shot my last two bulls with the 1.5".  I heard the 1st one drop just out of sight.  Went maybe 60 - 70 yards.  The one in my avatar might have gone 100 yds.   I will say this, I shot them both behind the shoulder, through the lungs and neither was a pass through.  The broadhead was just under the skin on the far side.  I mention it because to a lot of guys, a complete pass through is very important.

Deer pictured ran hard and piled up - probably 80 total. Right was entry and left didn’t pass through but still did that much damage outside the rib cage even though stuck inside ribs.
I like them.

I was set on using a fixed blade last year for my elk hunt. However, I had the SEVRs recommended to me and thought Id try them out. I ordered the 1.5s and they shot identical to my field points. I ended up using them on my bull and couldn't have been happier. I hit double lung with no pass through, but the hide on the opposite side was pretty bloodshot. He went on a death run for about 100 yards and dumped.
