He's quick to respond to inquiries and keeps up on frequent communication. Said he'd be at the house on a specific day and time and was there as committed. Always explains what he is doing and gives sound advice on maintenance and sustainment items that should be addressed. No pushy sales pitch, just solid feedback. I have peace of mind when I need a repair or enhancement and can rely on Copperstate to come thru.
