Up for sale is a Remington model 660 chambered in 308 win. Rifle is topped with a cheap, yet clear, 3-9 x 32 Tasco, 1 piece base and 1" rings. Trigger guard/base plate has slight bow in it, common with these models, but not as bad as many that I have seen on GB. Action has been bedded and barrel floated. Rifle has no rear sight, which is how I received it. If you reload, she loves 180gr Accubonds, gets along very well with 165gr Accubonds and Scirocco II's, and prefers H4831sc over both IMR and H4350. Never had the need/chance to try any Alliant powders or other bullets, so I cannot comment on those. Rifle has been a brush/horse/truck gun at home in the Rockies all its life. As such, it has some of the most unique scratches, dings, dents and scrapes you've seen in a long, long time. You will not win any beauty pageants or benchrest competitions with her, but she has a nasty habit of dropping animals in their tracks with the above load, especially in the hands of a youth or new hunter. Will throw in a partial box of 150gr Win. power points for some early range time. Asking $550 for this reliable work horse.

I work at Intel in Chandler and live in Desert Hills. As such, I can meet anyone along the 101 to North Scottsdale, or along Northern I-17 come the weekend. Bill, none of my guns are safe queens. She has several dings/dents/characters, but shoots just fine as long as you clean her every few thousand rounds. And if you don't like it, I'll be happy to refund your purchase for you. Due to the drive time involved for me to get back home from your neck of the woods, I would need to wait until the weekend to head your way. Been wanting to visit the SCI museum anyways, so I might be able to talk my wife into a trip down there. I may have to pick your brain for a nice place to take her for lunch though.

I too work at Intel, Chandler and Rural. My cube is in C5, but I work in the labs in C2. What site are you at?

I actually work in construction, just currently on the Fab 42 project, PUB building specifically. Have been working either at or in support of Intel projects for several years now. We do have a crew at Fab 6, so I may be transfered there once we wrap up here. Or laid off. You never know. But I know I have allot of days working at that place still to come. I just wish it wasn't always a 60-60-50 schedule. I miss having weekends.

I met Jerry to trade magazines, but he had some really nice 38, 357 and 45 acp brass. He hit me at my weekness and I came home with the brass. Will make some awesome ammo. It was good to meet and talk with you too. Take me up on my fishing trip offer this summer, JLG.

The Marlin, 30-06 ammo and 243 ammo have sold.

Bill, I will take you up on the lunch offer this summer in Greer.

Daniel, I hope your daughter draws her youth elk tag. Sounds like you got her hooked already.
