trphyhntr Report post Posted March 9, 2016 They do seem kind of "cheap" but for whatever reason, they really shoot well. Most bang for your buck IMHO fair review. the tikkas feel like a toy also. FB67 Report post Posted March 9, 2016 I have 4 Remington's three 700's in 300 win 308 and 223 and a 660 in 308 they are all capable of shooting under 1 MOA and the 300 and 308 700's under a 1/2 MOA or better ( all depends on the shooter) So I would say go with a Remington because I am biased. That being said I have never owned a Savage but shot one a few times and it shot great. I have been told by a lot of shooters that they are very accurate and they swear by them, but there is something about the style I just can't warm up too. 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
