is anyone catching them at alamo yet? im sure that cold front next week will screw it up if anyone is but i was just wondering if it was happening, PM me if were keeping it on the low

Used to do really good end up January at San Carlos when there was steady warm weather like we’ve had.

I’ve seen some Facebook posts of quite a few  crappie being caught at Alamo.

I’ve never been over there.  Would like to do it sometime, its just so dang far from here.

same. but i got that seasonal sickness and the only cure is crappie.

I’m in the west side and it’s far from me. It’s a nice lake that’s easy to read. It’s also slab city.

Do you ever see people crappie fishing from the shore? Is it even possible to fish the shore, I’ve never seen it maybe it’s really brushy like Roosevelt idk

I’ve never seen people do well. But there’s good shore access. It’s a small lake almost any boat will put you on fish

You ever caught a 27lb sack from your boat? Doubt it. Plenty of crappie limits too. Oh I forgot Arizona walleye limit too. Had a boat for 12 years, sold it. When you’re good youre just good. You wouldn’t understand
