Leftover tag question

The archery deer or the elk? I know chances of seeing an elk are the same as a unicorn. But if I did see one. I'd be doing the state a favor at least. And if I'm already up there with my tag or someone else I know for their hunt then I might as well get this too

Billy, the elk "oh tee sea” tags are better odds then the kaibab tag. If you are heck-bent on burning a tag don't ever do it on a drawn tag.

Instead of wasting $148 on a useless tag, take the money & buy two cartridges for your favorite rifle. 🙄

The kaibab elk tag is only like $50 so maybe just one round.

But any excuse to have a shake at Jacob lake is a good one to me 😁

+1 on the shake. I’m even shuttling my wife and her friends to the north rim for just one night before a canyon hike in exchange for a shake and a chance to see some muleys and bison. 😁

Use OnX to find the Basin about 10 miles south of the park boundary on your way out. Lots of Buffalo in there.
