Pest Control in Tucson, what are you paying?

Looking to expand, Got a few folks up there but they are way spread out and not yet cost effective for the drive, gonna get some signs printed up to try and build my clientele up there.  My prices (based on local competitors down here) as of now are $50 monthly, $60 seasonal and $70 bi monthly.  I have quarterly as an option as well but bi monthly is the best bang for the dollar.  Looking to see what the "norm" is up there and trying to figure out if I should be more aggressive with my prices.

I can’t speak for Tucson, but in the vallley I do quarterly , $90.  My pests require snake sticks or a flip flop to smash

Inside the first time baseboards and aerosol in closets and under sinks. Outside I spray the bird block if there's an eave, the foundation,window sills porch perimeters. If it's a subdivision I'll usually follow the perimeter of the wall.  Water box. Stickies for the garage door, ant hills etc.  Palm trees if there is any.  If someone wants bait stations I charge 25 for the protecta sidekicks and if I add bait I charge $5 per box.  If someone wants the inside every time I charge $5 but I do it for free once a year.  

Bees, gophers, bed bugs, Germans are all separate jobs.

I think you are right in there. Have you cold called some of the big guys and played a dumb customer looking for quotes to gauge?

And if you run into a bee situation I know a guy....grin...

Expand? Why not do what alot of the competition doesn't & seal homes up? You've probably seen some homes that were sealed. Keep them out, & kill the ones in the yard.

Yeah I've been wanting momma to do that haven't done that yet. I figured this was a good place to ask though.  Yup I know a guy for bees!

As a contractor that's a lot harder then it sounds.
