Suppressors, NFA, and the BBB ?

That’s assuming the courts side with it. If they don’t, and it’s possible, we got nothing out of it. The best route was in this bill , which would have eliminated relying on courts, including the Supreme Court, for a pro 2A decision. John Robert’s and Amy Coney Barrett are not to be trusted.

The zero tax stamp goes into effect on Jan 1, 2026.  I know people that are going ahead and buying their suppressor and paying the 200, just to have their can for hunts this fall.  A ultra lightweight 28 Nosler with a can might be worth an extra 200 to somebody...
