Phil Carr Report post Posted November 6 I hate the SOB’s that want to treat public hunting areas as their personal hunting preserve. They park their vehicle on a single lane trail leading to miles of good hunting so you can’t get through. Even going as far as driving in with two vehicles parking one to block access and then piling into the front vehicle to drive further back in.

To the guy in the white ram 2500 down south who did exactly this after I told you where I was planning on going,I hope I didn’t damage anything when I dragged your truck off the road for you. I’ve always wondered if you found the booger on your door handle… 2

Even going as far as driving in with two vehicles parking one to block access and then piling into the front vehicle to drive further back in. This happened to me a few years back. Going up a nasty trail where I almost never see anyone. At a nasty choke point an asshat parked his rig on the trail thinking he’d have the trail to himself and nobody could get back to the end of the trail. Little did he know I knew the country pretty well and went back 200 yards, drove off the trail and went way around(technically breaking the law I know). As I got close to the end of the trail and I was trying find a spot to crawl my General back up to the trail I could see 2 hat lights above and appeared they were stopped and looking at me, I made it to the trail and parked at the end and continued with my day. I honestly don’t understand how these idiots can block you and then walk off not caring that they could come back to 4 slashed tires and a super long hike out!
firstcoueswas80 Report post Posted November 6 When people know where you are at and don't respect that and come and sit right next to you. Closest I've ever been to a fist fight in the field was over something like this. Another one was we beat a couple guys to an area where they had a Target buck and even though we beat them they still went to the spot. I was whatever guys you've been out here looking for this Buck you can have him but he a buddy of mine was not so lenient. Turns out they killed him and he was only like 83 in.
