CJNAZ Report post Posted Thursday at 02:04 PM Looking for recommendations and your experiences with purchasing a suppressor and trust. I'm ready to enter the world of suppressors and would like to hear your experiences with shops in the East Valley when you went thru your purchases. Going to start off with a single suppressor for my 22LR handgun. From everything I have read in these forums I am certain to continue to lighten the wallet with additional devices. Thanks in advance for your feedback! CJ

WHT_MTNMAN Report post Posted Thursday at 02:51 PM I know there are people on here who help others and I'm sure they are great, I just don't know them personally. I got my 2nd suppressor from EVT (east valley tactical) that used to be Mr Silencer many years ago. I went down last month and picked up two more. It took about 10 minutes, and 2 weeks later they came in, these two were not in a trust though just individuals. I've had great success with EVT.
AzDiamondHeat Report post Posted Thursday at 04:38 PM Healy and EVT. I have several and like Houston said, it is almost too easy now. They set you up on the computer and file everything electronically. My last few were form EVT. I went in without a pre-determined can in mind and they walked me through the pros and cons of the different models that would fit my purpose. They are not fan boys of any make or model and will really help you find what is best for your needs. They are all shooters, not salesmen. I have never had a bad experience with them. AZCoueser Report post Posted Thursday at 06:22 PM You really don’t need a trust anymore with a $0 stamp. It’s free to transfer to other people which was the big benefit of having a trust. Trusts also take longer for ATF approval.
bonecollector Report post Posted Thursday at 06:25 PM I went through Healy's without a Trust. Really simple process.
cjl2010 Report post Posted 17 hours ago Got my 3rd in January. I have a silencer shop trust from years ago. Went through EVT and was approved in 14 days. They were great to work with and fingerprinting/pictures were a breeze with their system.
