I’m pretty sure a lot of the guys in this thread and on this forum were not in the service. I’m certainly not the only one. Kinda wish I did, I’d be retired. But thanks for your service.

I was in the Army with the 82nd Airborne Division when those ragheads took over our Embassy in 1979. I was still in when the Green Beanies went over there on that failed rescue mission. That's when things got serious, but Jimmy Carter didn't have the balls to do anything about it. I was in the Az Army National Guard when those ragheads bombed the Marine barracks in Beirut. I watched Obama and Biden send them pallets of cash. Now Trump is sending them ordinance. Do you think I care you you have to pay a little more for gas? The only down side to this is from my point of view if 10-15 years down the road if some service members picture shows up KIA in Iran and it was all in vain.

So when we’re discussing conflict in Iran under a thread titled “Trump” should we be saying that we think it’s BS that he’s putting troops in harms way for Israel, or should we be happy that they’re getting killed to stop them from enriching that uranium we blew up last summer?  Just trying to establish a baseline of where, how often, and in what context you would like the troops mentioned?

Some States have no State Income Tax and some have very low sales tax. 

The government needs to figure out how to implement that nationally.

Watch Diesel, it adds cost to everything, which just is passed on to the consumer. Crude up 20% in a week. LOL.  

How many innocent people Trump is supposedly liberating have to die in Iran on his way to victory? Probably killed more civilians this week than the Ayatolla did in six months and displaced thousands with random bombings to people who struggle to have a roof over their head and feed their kids and elderly parents. They were better off two weeks ago, He will do the same thing his buddy Vladimir is doing in Ukraine in Iran and in the end nothing will really change. Great time to work for Raytheon, lots of overtime.

I agree about religion and men turned it into a toxic state.  That being said even Jesus was disgusted by what had been done by men and they perverted it into what you have seen throughout history.  Jesus himself turned over the tables in the temple out of anger and called them a brood of vipers.  

My point is even Jesus himself seemed to be against organized religion simply because he saw how men misuse Gods word for their advantage and turn it into a tool for evil.  My point is, you are right, but what you see is not what Jesus wanted.  So don't blame Jesus and or God for what men have perverted.  Follow Christ and his teachings, not men.

That’s my beef with Trump, who told us “no more wars” how many times.  Him raising my taxes actually doesn’t really have anything to do with him bombing Iran… I suppose eventually I’ll pay for a couple of those smart bombs I guess.   You do realize you can be pro military, and anti war right?

Communion of Reformed Evangelical Churches.

Under the influence of Augustine’s theology, many churches think they need to take over the world in a militant fashion.  This would include all reformed, catholic, orthodox, and to an extent, Islamic churches.  All of these churches are to some degree, anti semetic. Now you understand the book of Revelations in the Bible, and why everyone is fighting over Israel.
