Chef Report post Posted July 4, 2012 Last week I and a few friends had the pleasure of getting together for dinner. We had a nice experience visiting a Queen Creek establishment that has been generous with support of a few wildlife orgs in the state. Trophy's Steakhouse in Queen Creek has donated to silent raffles at wildlife banquets as well as contest giveaways etc. I urge you all to check it out and give back to those that support us. As sportsmen, it's a nice ambiance to enjoy, from the wood paneling on the walls to the trophies displayed throughout the establishment. If you are a beer connoisseur, you'll appreciate the beer list, with many brews on tap, and if you can enjoy a happy hour there as well with money savings on your favorites. I think i spent more time looking at the trophies than conversing with my wife and friends who took me there for my birthday. Bad form on my part.Oh well..... I understand these are all trophy's the owner took in his quest for the North American super-slam. It's nice to find an establishment like this in this big city. Casey - pricey but in line with most high end steakhouses. Best steak I've had behind Ruth's Chris and cheaper than RC.
