Unit 8 report: 2 does, 1 coyote, 200 domestic sheep, 4 shepherds and not as many hunters as I expected. Glassed my eyeballs out. Gonna try some old school still hunting in the pines tomorrow.

Walked our tails off, only saw 3 does and a coues spike. Has any body else seen any mule deer in 30 B?

We are in southwest az in the Cibolas.

 

He broke down today an had to be towed out.

 

We need better luck.

We didn't see not one buck all morning and afternoon, it wasn't until late evening that I finally glassed up two spikes but my girl friend didn't want to shoot a spike on the opener. Not a good day in 30B

Brother in law shot this guy in the opener at 9am. One of our friends from camp shot a 140+ mulie but never got to find a blood trail or the deer, but it was shot a little above the stomach. We where hunting 35b

Well, found some bucks. But wasn't able to get it done. He gave me three tries though. Guess it wasn't his time.

I haven't seen too many pictures of kaibab bucks this year. There has to be someone out there that wants to show us some bucks off of the kaibab this year.

I scouted unit 9 all weekend for elk and saw bucks hanging at every camp nothing big tho.
