big bull

good friend, Chase Caldwell, shot this bull in 27 over the weekend. grosses in the high 390's. dang nice bull. he is the second guy from the left, holding the bull's left antler.

That's a nice Bull!! I remember Chase Caldwell from 06'. I had shot a 5x5 muley and was so warn out from hauling it out of a canyon back to the nearest road . I was sitting on side of the road and Chase pulled up and gave me a hand. Really nice guy!! And again great bull!!

What an awesome bull! Makes me excited for my rifle hunt coming up in 27. Those antlers aren't as dark as a lot of the bulls that come out of 27.

rph the reason the antlers are not as dark as normal 27 bulls is because it most likely rubbed its horns in the junipers and was lower than the more severe pine burned areas in the higher elevations.
