1 lb elk burger - 2 smokie beef dogs cut in half

 

smokies square rolled in 1/4 lb of elk burger

 

fryed in garlic butter

 

served on an Artisan wheat/corn tortilla cheese crisp

 

add sauce or dip to taste

 

1 down 3 to go

 

this is what happens in kitchen when home alone for 2 weeks

going to try a variety of dips - green chili sauce -- honey mustard - maybe a special blend (thousand island - mustard and majo with a little pepper )maybe a bbq chipolte

exactly what I was thinking ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^, variety of sauces, little of this, a little of that and a smoke break in between.

Eating a boston market tv dinner as we speak. Can't till wife gets down here in a few months to get some. some um good cookin and some um good kookin................BOB!
