AZGFD Portal Problems

Is anyone else having problems on the portal?

 

My 2018 license is gone along with bonus points (all species), loyalty points gone, Hunter Education gone.

 

I have my receipts for license, elk, and antelope draw.

Was all that stuff there earlier or did you just make your account and can't see it?

Yes it was all there when I did my online app.

I think I've had my portal account for 3 or 4 years now.

Mine tells me I do not exist: No hunting license and no bonus points, and I have never participated in a draw. Wrong. Wrong. Wrong.

I’m sure it’s just server updates do to the draw , relax friend this happens all the time with our new world we unfortunately live in.

Every draw there are a few posts with the same issues. It is always just the system being updated and everything will be fine in a week or so.

I called AZGF this morning and it turns out out there was a problem with my portal account which they fixed but I still don't know if I was drawn for anything.

I noticed my BPs were not on my application info. I hope that is not really how the app was entered into the system cause we should have 3 group points. My points show in the dashboard thing though.
