It's time again for the annual joint fundraising banquet with the state's two largest bowhunting organizations, the Arizona Bowhunters Association and the Bowhunting in Arizona record book program. The banquet will be held Saturday, March 18 at the Holiday Inn and Suites located at the I-60 (Superstition Frwy) and Country Club Drive in Mesa. Hope to see you there! ABA Banquet Registration

  3. The Arizona Elk Society Banquet is on April 14th, 2018. Tickets are going fast, over half sold out. Individual, Reserved and Corporate tables still available, but going fast.   6. All - Arizona Elk Society (AES) is having continuous banquet meetings to prepare for the upcoming 2017 banquet on April 8th. Events like this are a success because of the gracious volunteers like yourselves. Andrew Below are the remaining meeting dates All meetings start at 6:30 pm at K2 Electric Monday Feb 13th Tuesday Feb 28th Tuesday March 7th Tuesday March 14th Tuesday March 21st Tuesday March 28th Tuesday April 4th Banquet set up date is Friday April 7th and morning of Saturday April 8th. Doors open for the Banquet at 4 pm Directions to K2 Electric: K2 Electric Inc. 4038 E. Superior Ave. Phoenix, 85040 Take I 10 to 40th St Exit Turn Left (North) on 40th St. Go about ½ mi to Superior Turn Right on Superior Go about 2 blocks, the road turns a little to the left Take the driveway on the Left (north) just after the turn. K2 is the 2nd building on your left. White two story. Conference room is in the back on the north side of building.

Selling 100 tickets at $5 each or 5 for $20 2) Mossberg MVP Varmint in 7.62/.308 NATO, comes with a scope and bipod. Selling 200 tickets at $10 each or 3 for $25 We are trying to build up some funds to have a scholarship and start a youth hunt/camp in unit 8 We held our 2nd banquet in June of this year and did a decent job, however we felt we were missing out on a lot due to the date. So for 2016 we have moved up our banquet to Feb 20th, 2016 at the Bass Pro Shops in Mesa. We will be sending out reminder post cards in a couple of months, then a couple months after that the applications, so if you are interested you can PM me your address and we will put you on our mailing list.   9. Hello everyone, I thought that I would post the schedule of the AES Banquet Committee meeting schedule. I know that a few of you have come to the meetings, THANKS! We could sure use a lot of new faces to help out, the more the merrier. I am not going to kid you, it is work but we have fun doing it. The rewards to Arizona's Elk and other wildlife are great. This also help's to fund our Youth Education/Hunts events as well.
