Is that what happened because I wasn’t there and never heard the story, you

Thats your defense now of A3 now?  "I wasn't there, we're you?"

I am just making the comparison for the precedent.   Either, there's a new sheriff in town or certain people/companies get special exemptions from the rules that are enforced.

No defense for A3. Plenty of A3 guides have been busted by AZGFD so your special treatment of A3 is garbage. Here's the bottom-line Adams and his client are on a "buck of a lifetime" Nicks own words. They determine the only way to kill the buck is to shoot from the road and it was at that time they choose to break the rules and shoot from the road rather than let the buck go.

It is relevant.  if we are going off of the commission's own precedence.  Not knowing was good enough for jed Larsen not to have his license revoked for the much greater crime of taking a trophy  elk on the reservation.

Is debaca LDS?

I think you and Trouble Sh00ter ought to just come out and own the facts that you have major beef with any successful guide or outfitter, and are desperate to disparage them in any way. Facts and common sense seem irrelevant. We now have multiple threads about these recent cases that you two have started and nursed incessantly. Seems to me like little man jealousy syndrome.

I dont think anyone on the commission is LDS, so why is that a factor? Jed Larsen might be baptized LDS but is far from a practicing member.

The commission makes the charges? I thought they were like the judge. Sounds like he wasn’t charged with much

I’ve got 2 good friends that guide so no problem with guides, just doesn’t break my heart when they get busted. My guess is the first time they got convicted is just the first time they got caught.

5-yr revocation and GF will offer other members of the forum a plea deal to testify against you.

The biggest difference between guys like you, Trouble Sh00ter, members of the commission, and a lot of these guides is the fine line of hypocrisy. I'd bet a month’s pay that every one of us who have hunter more than a few season have unintentionally and unknowingly (as I believe was the case with both guides discussed here) committed as egregious of violations. Most of them would probably warrant a warning, small fine, or assigned education. But the commission, and you keyboard jurors, feeling max penalties and 5 year revocations are appropriate for these individuals is disgusting and abuse of power on the part of the commission.

Gotcha, I misunderstood what you were saying. You are correct but still find it hard to believe whichever officer was in charge wouldn't charge him because he is LDS. Much more likely he wasnt charged because he was one of the main men at A3.

- ”Don't pretend you don't have a personal axe to grind and weren't rubbing one out as the revocations weren't being announced.”

The thread I started was simply a link to the January commission meeting.

The quotes listed above were all written by you, and taken from the 3 threads you are referring to.

It would appear that you’re the one with the personal axe to grind, with the commission and courts.

People use ad hominem attacks when they lack a strong argument, so they attempt to discredit someone’s

character or motives, rather than addressing the substance of what they’ve said.

You're free to critique any of my words, but the personal attacks on my character aren’t appreciated.
