Az Aquaman here in Casa Grande just did mine, I am very happy with the service and work. I think they have an office in Mesa. Any question I would be happy to answer.

CDC Pools has done a couple for me throughout the years.  My current pool I had done by a company because I didn't have the time.  But in the past I have subbed out a couple pools myself and used them with great results.

CDC did ours a few years ago. We didn't have a good experience with them. The office staff is rude and the work done to our pool was poorly done. We just noticed the other day we have tile coming loose at the water line.

Postorino Pools in Scottsdale. They did our pool from start to finish in 2 weeks. A little more expensive, but everyone showed up when they were supposed to, cleaned up after themselves and maintained chemicals for about a month afterwards. The owner's wife and I worked at the same high school for 22 years. Reliable people and family owned.

What is your pool surface?

Thanks,

Eddie

We had plaster from the late 80's. They chipped all that out. We had Pebble Sheen installed and new glass tile along the water line. Also had new pop ups installed since the floor was torn up. Pebble Sheen is like Pebble tech but not as course. Smoother surface. We went with a white tone with some darker pebbles mixed in.

I was wondering what PS was.  We have PT so that's good info as PT is a crazy rough surface.

I like the idea of pop ups too.  I need to look into this.

How are they working out?  Functional and problem free?

Thanks @Sam

Pebble sheen is almost smooth with some minor texture. I think most companies have gone away from PT. The in ground cleaning system is original; we just had the pop heads replaced since they were all exposed. We left the new ones off for about a week to make sure all the debris was flushed out of the system. It is a caretaker system with 11 heads and 2 drains. It has always kept the pool very clean. I have replaced the plastic gears 2 times in 20 years. It is easy to do yourself. Not sure how much work it would be to install pop up in an existing pool. It seems like a major project; way more that just resurfacing.
