vortex service

I just thought I'd reiterate how great the service is at vortex!

I have had my vortex viper 10x42 HD for about 2 months now.

They are far superior to anything I have ever owned.

Last week I lost the eye cup rain guard covers.... :wacko: :angry: :angry:

I emailed the fine people at vortex asking if I could purchase some as I didn't see them on their web page.

Coleen, from vortex quickly responded with:

I had a vortex viper scope that the parallax adjustment knob kept sticking. I shipped it back and they sent me a vortex viper HS back.

 

2 years later, I now own 3 vortex scopes. They are great scopes for the money. The customer service is second to none, I agree.

They did the same thing for me. I'd had my Vipers for a few years. No questions. I recently emailed Leupold about lost adjustment caps expecting the same service even offering them to buy and never even got a response.

I love my Kaibabs, the service is the best....For some reason i still want a set of swarovski's 15x56. If anyone wants to trade + some cash or other trade let me know what it will take.

Call them like they owe you money, at least that's what I tell my guys at work. LOL Seriously though, email is OK but there is nothing like talking to a real person to get things done.
