Being a former Wyoming guy, I will always hunt there. I haven't drawn a limited quota tag since 2012 and now that I am now a non-resident, have no points. Residents don't get points there. But I will hunt with my buddies regardless if I have a tag.

What unit will you put in for?

Trap door I'm still up in the air about the unit I have had a few recommended to me so I will be doing some research prior to the draw.

2010 brought me a nice 80-inch Wyoming antelope, so now I have 5 points again. If a hard winter does not wipe out the herds, I am looking to use the points in 2016.

All Wyoming tags for antelope are limited quota, so no-go on the over the counter option... In the past, you could pick up one or two leftover doe/fawn tags over the counter, but don't think it is likely any longer, due to internet sales of leftovers grabbing them all up. If any do make it to vendors, they will go fast... There will be no buck tags over the counter.

Some units have really gone down hill for draw. My favorite unit was around 93% draw odds five years ago. Last year it was under 30% for resident, probably 0% non-resident, but haven't looked. Remember, I have been looing at stats as a resident and this year will be first time to look at non-resident stats.

Some units are easy to draw, but those units typically have a high percentage of private land and limited public. Be sure to keep that in mind. Getting permission for private can be done, but it is seldom free.

I go back and forth to Wyoming frequently, will be up there in a couple weeks.

Happy to help you guys. Just let me know what you need.
