My brother smashed this buck at 910 yards this morning. Buck was a canyon and a half away in thick country. Using a .270, 150 grain Nosler LRAB. DRT took 5 hours to get back to the razor. 3 more tags and a 4 day backpacking trip to go! This buck taped out right at 100" and Clay at Mogollon Taxidermy aged him at close to 8 years old.

Got a 90's type buck bedded (we think) at about 510.

What are you waiting for?

He's dead.

Not true until we see pics

I'll do a complete write up in a day or two.

Short story is glassed him up and feeding at 1130, he was in bed by 1140. He got out of bed at 415, rolling down the hill with a 475 yard shot at 430 from my 28 Nosler. Back to the truck about 745.

I think you broke 80 this time, and all the antlers are intact. Nice work.

My youngest boy got it done at 4:15 this afternoon. His first big game animal. 2 point COUES deer. I will post pics and story later tonight. Best days of my life watching my little ones.
