I also splurged on a Yoder. I will probably have to put it my will as it will outlive me. They have a woodfire pizza attachment that makes great pizza and a blast to use. For those that may have an interest, there are 2 places that I know that sell them locally. Gilbert Fireplaces and BBQ and Scheel's. I also was considering a Reqteq but could not find the model I was looking for locally.

I've had my Yoder for 14 years and is still going strong. I don't like using my in-laws Traeger when I am at there house. Looking online Scheels in Chandler has the YS640 in stock, don't even have to pay for shipping.

I always get hated on because it’s kinda sister but I love my electric smoker. Only con is only gets to 275

I jumped in the treager thing and have the new woodrige pro, it's ok for it's purpose. Not a real smoker.... pellet grill.  All of my smoke game sausage goes in my masterbuilt electric smoker, a real smoker. Sealed off and control the air.

If I could figure out where to store it I’d probably get one too… my neighbor has a pellet pizza oven and the food is just 🤌🤌
