What's for dinner tonight?

Just a fancy F'r for sure!  Family and friends have/had restaurants where I helped out and learned.   Will say learned a ton from my mom.

I really love cooking and trying different things.

Dinner tonight, baked boneless skinless chicken, bacon, fresh mozzarella, red cabbage and spinach salad.

It’s pretty much always around that price for the 4oz pieces. I figured for the price I’d try them. Same price as a can of tuna

Made elk sliders last night. Had all the fixins, grilled onions, pickled onions green chilis, jalapeños, American cheese, Swiss cheese, provolone cheese, bacon, bacon jam, mustard, whatever you wanted. brioche rolls.
