Those hunts are open like 9 months out of the year. Lion hunts are open the same for almost the whole state. Were not saying always but the state and the judge sure thought so in this case. Regardless, the law says you can't fly during an open hunt and he did. Even if its nitpicky it's illegal. It’s a dumb technical interpretation of the law used to specifically target a well known person.
