So far it’s in there

they did dump the selling of fed lands today.

Hope the good news continues.  I hope Utah dumps Mike Lee in the next election.

Not sure what version it is but last I heard the SBR and the suppressor acts were still in play. Also heard the suppressor may just be removing the tax.
the big problem now in some states is they are already adding bans on assault weapons.  White House needs to hammer any states budget free hand out money if they enact these type of laws.

The ATF sent out an open letter with a bunch of FFL friendly changes internally as well. This is a big help. They may be removing the non binary checkbox and moving the personal information off the front page so shady agents can’t get images of them.
also removed the ban on importing training ammunition, a lot may not be aware of that one but Biden admin ATF banned non lethal training ammo for import and for anyone outside of military or law enforcement. this hurt all of the companies who offer force on force training for civilians or if they we’re not law enforcement they couldn’t buy it at all.

Thanks for posting this. What is non lethal training ammo? I've never heard of it.

Simmunitions I believe.

There are a few , UTM is one and Sim rounds, Glock makes a g17T that shoots the sim rounds and the UTM stuff is shot out of modified upper AR.
both have their merits, both are live rounds simulating real ammo. Some of the rounds can be marking style like paintball.
they are not cool to get hit with and that makes them the best option for serious training. Airsoft style traing you can walk through hits so you have less respect but your much more cautious with sum rounds.

After the land sale add on was tossed by the senate parliamentarian or whatever he is called the wording and amount of land was changed and it’s now back in for debate. No word yet on it getting tossed again but there’s a very large response from sportsman’s lobby to get it tossed including Trump JR so hopefully they get it tossed for good early next week.

Parliamentarian threw them out and Rino John Thune won’t override her. Of course Republicans cannot get out of their own way. Vance can override her though. I knew this was too good to be true

Unfortunately, only USFS lands were removed from the bill.  BLM lands within 5 (?) miles of cities (paraphrasing) is still on the table.  The Parliamentarian could only throw out so much, so Jackwagon Lee left BLM lands on the table.  Apparently, he doesn't realize (doesn't care) that BLM land makes up just as much, if not more in some areas, Federal lands being used by all in the west as USFS lands.

And last I saw the suppressor thing was still in there.

I dont understand that Parliamentarian person, not an elected person, not a confirmed person, just an appointed person that is overseeing this all. Makes no sense to me.
